Refund policy

Return Policy

Receipts are required for all returns and exchanges. If you do not request or receive a receipt at the time of purchase, you may not be eligible to return or exchange your item. Items that break after you leave the store may not be returned but you can contact us to attempt repair. 

Final Sale Items
Textiles, posters, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

General Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged if it is current, unused, and in saleable condition.
If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Customer Service at (207) 775-6148, ext. 3219.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. No cash or check refunds will be provided.

Gift Returns
Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser at the price paid, provided the original order can be identified.

Shipping for Exchanges
When requesting an exchange, please include the appropriate shipping charge for your replacement item.
