Merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund if current and in saleable condition. If you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective, please call customer service at (207) 775-6148, ext. 3219. For gift returns, refunds will be applied to the purchaser's account and will be credited at the price paid by the purchaser provided the original order can be identified. Without a receipt, refunds will be issued at the current selling price. When exchanging merchandise, please include the appropriate shipping charge for your new order. Sales tax is required for purchases delivered within the state of Maine only. The state of Maine charges tax at the rate of 5.5%. Tax on merchandise will be computed before shipping and delivery charges.
