For four decades in the 19th century, Harrison Bird Brown was the most prolific professional landscape artist in Portland, Maine. Drawing principally from local marine and pastoral scenes, he traveled the world searching for inspiration. This catalogue accompanied the PMA show of the same name, which ran from March 10 — September 9, 2007.
